Zowel in de wereld om ons heen als in ons zelf kan beweging een constante bron van onrust vormen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is een kunst om zonder afleiding en belemmering op een onbevangen en vriendelijke wijze door de wereld te kunnen wandelen. Een kunst die vooral in de praktijk van het dagelijks leven beoefend dient te worden.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wandelen is bij uitstek geschikt om te leren meebewegen met alle voortdurend veranderende omstandigheden, zowel in de wereld om ons heen als in ons zelf.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tijdens het wandelen wordt stapsgewijs aandacht besteed aan het ademen, het bewegen van het fysieke lichaam, de zintuigen en concentratie. De doelstelling is om de kwaliteit van aandacht tijdens het wandelen te verhogen door bewust en zorgvuldig te leren bewegen en handelen in de buitenwereld met volledige aandacht van binnenuit.
